Karen Canaday Whitlock

Holding a public office in my home community has been a lifelong dream. I believe that advocating for changes that improve my community is the highest honor that can be bestowed on a legislator.

For fun I enjoy hanging out with my husband Mark, and my 3 dogs: Shadow, Dewey and Smokey.  Hiking and camping in the Gila and Aldo Leopold Wilderness, and swimming at Elephant Butte. I am a crazy sports fan and love baseball, and both college and professional basketball and football. I am a huge NASCAR fan. I also love to garden.
